1 Introduction and Acceptance

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify 358jl of any suspected unauthorised access.

3.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 358jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled, all eligible withdrawal requests will be processed, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts closed under self-exclusion provisions are subject to the terms in Section 8.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure by 358jl

358jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that: (a) the account holder has violated these Terms; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; (c) a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority requires it; or (d) the player is found to be ineligible under Section 2. 3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive after twelve (12) consecutive months without any login activity. 358jl will notify the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be archived.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

12 Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Dispute Process
